How It Works
We've made ordering bespoke orthotic insoles simple, convenient, and stress-free, all from the comfort of your home.
Step 01
Start by ordering your insole kit online. Once payment is complete, you'll receive a quick questionnaire about your foot size, any specific issues, and what you need the insoles for. Our team provides clear guidance based on years of experience to ensure everything is set up perfectly for you.
Step 02
After we review your questionnaire, we send your custom insole impression kit with easy-to-follow instructions. At home, create accurate impressions of your feet in moments using the provided materials, then return the kit to us.
Step 03
Your returned impressions are used to create precise plaster casts of your feet. Our experts carefully rectify (correct) the casts before hand-crafting your bespoke orthotic insoles to deliver optimal support, balance, and alignment tailored to your needs.
Step 04
We then post your finished custom-made insoles directly to your door within 1–2 weeks of receiving your impressions. They’ll arrive with clear guidance on how to wear and adapt to them. Mark and his experienced team remain available for support before, during, and after your order.
What Are Bespoke Custom Orthotic Insoles?
An orthosis is a medical device used externally to support the musculoskeletal system or to treat, prevent, or alleviate pain, dysfunction, or injury.
A bespoke custom orthotic insole is an orthosis designed to sit inside your footwear and support your feet based on:
- Your unique foot shape
- Your biomechanics and posture
- Your condition, activity, footwear, and lifestyle needs
Unlike generic or off-the-shelf insoles, our bespoke orthotic insoles are:
- Made from an impression of your feet
- Individually designed and hand-crafted
- Fully tailored to your requirements
They are never mass-produced. Every pair is 100% unique - just like you.
