Manufactured from Retron®, a specialist cushioning material designed for orthotic and footwear applications, the Safeguard Insole helps absorb everyday impact while redistributing pressure beneath the foot. This combination of cushioning and pressure redistribution makes it particularly suitable for people who require additional underfoot protection, including those with sensitive feet, vulnerable feet or areas at increased risk of pressure-related skin breakdown.
